BlackBerry Pearl Flip 8230 for Alltel now available

Alltel has made available its BlackBerry Pearl Flip 8230 smartphone device, which features external and internal displays, a 2 megapixel camera, Bluetooth support, and more. The Pearl Flip 8230 is an attractive clamshell device that packs all of BlackBerry's coveted information management features in an elegant flip-phone form factor.

The Flip has two displays so users can see important messages and tell the time without opening the phone. It also features a compact SureType QWERTY keypad with predictive text for easy typing. An onboard GPS chipset with BlackBerry Maps will allow users to navigate the world and the Flip also allows users to sync their music collections with iTunes and Windows Media Player.

The stylish BlackBerry Pearl Flip 8230 is now available for $80 after a two-year customer agreement and mail-in rebate.
