This device appeared at the beginning of last month, in fact the name was leaked to Maple as an alleged update for the HTC Excalibur and what we see is a nice format for mobile is a QWERTY keyboard, which also has a trackball.

I'm talking about the new HTC Snap that was announced today at CTIA Wireless 2009 and will come with Windows Mobile 6.1 Standard. Perhaps the photos will not come to notice but it is a very finite cell of 12 mm so that the design is to be applauded.

Its specifications are not impressive (although it is thought to be "accessible") but overall I like the look of Snap, which comes with 2 MPX camera, QVGA screen, GPS, Wi-Fi, HSDPA, Bluetooth, Qualcomm 528MHz processor , 1500 mAh battery, 256MB of ROM and 128MB of RAM. In short, good connectivity and a dedicated messaging.

Incorporates a new function that is called "Inner Circle" that helps to group and organize your contacts into different categories (baptized circles) such as work or friends, for example.

HTC Snap will be available from the second quarter and for United States as the S522 will be released (I am left with another name if I have to choose).
