MTV Mobile wins in France

It may be that many are not surprised that MTV as a brand to succeed in the mobile market but it's worth it to see how the growth is happening.

On April 23, 2008, the second largest operator in France, SFR launched the service for its customers MTV Mobile, and today has reached more than 1 million subscribers in the country.

Not only that, but the devices themselves in the chain, and sold 100 thousand units obviously driven by the carrier and focusing on young users.

The final mark of the mobile channel is the MTV 3.4 "Non-Stop MTV launched in November last year that despite being a simple slider with specifications, it was a success thanks to come with music services and content from MTV.

To continue growing in the ground mobile, MTV plans to introduce in France the other device, in this case with a touchscreen, in addition to expanding its services in other European countries (expected to come to Italy soon).
