HTC S740 introduced to the United States, now is S743

. The HTC S740 came in mid-2008 but in 3G bands in Europe and Asia, using frequencies of 900 and WCDMA 2100 MHz only. AT & T in the United States uses HSDPA 850 and 1900 MHz and therefore HTC now changed her name, is actually a minor change, and the HTC S743 launched exclusively for the U.S. market with AT & T.



The S743 has a front of 12 keys keyboard and a sliding QWERTY keyboard for ease of writing SMS, e-mail or IM. A good team for the very demanding and accustomed to instant messaging, as in the great country of the north.

It measures 116.3 x 43.4 x 16.3 mm and weighs about 140g (with battery). QVGA display is 2.4 inches and offers a 3.2 megapixel camera with fixed focus. Its internal memory is 256 MB, expandable with microSD memory cards. The S743 also includes AGPS, Bluetooth 2.0 and HTC extUSB interface (ie, mini-USB and audio jack in one connector).
