. Facu-Consumers in Action has released results of its 3rd National Survey on the quality of the mobile phone companies. The data, as expected, are devastating and leave a very bad place in the ethics of the operators. Among the findings is that 40% of users surveyed reporting that Spanish operator has acquired a service that had not hired.

30% of users believed that on occasion you have claimed calls they have not done. If we focus on the various operators, the growing mistrust on the turnover to 35% by Vodafone customers and 34% for Movistar. For its part, Orange has reached 30% and it seems that Yoigo is the company's best hopes in this respect: only 12% of your users think you have taken calls fraudulently.

Other complaints are the usual problems to unsubscribe from a company (up to 42% of respondents claimed to have received bills after unsubscribe) or those related to the coverage, which leaves a very bad stop Orange (40% ensure their users experience such problems).

Another point that has received most complaints is the difficulty of making claims, something that 45% of users surveyed had to make in the past six months. Of these, 60% reported that the company did not solve the problem, 40% complained that his claim never received a response and 12% indicated that this response was delayed over a month. Please review the full details of the poll's official website facu.
