Telmex and Telcel working with information against H1N1 Influenza

Telmex and Telcel are collaborating with the Ministry of Health of Mexico to help publicize the measures to prevent and control the transmission of influenza H1N1.

In this way they were two toll free numbers, for 1010 * 01-800-123-1010 for Telmex and Telcel.

To summarize the recommendations we are to avoid contracting influenza H1N1:

* Wash hands frequently with soap and water.
* Stay away from people who have a respiratory infection.
* Do not greet or to kiss your hand.

* Do not share food, cups or silverware.
* Ventilate and allow the entry of sun in the house, offices and all enclosed places.
* Keep kitchen clean decks and bathroom door handles and railings, as well as toys, telephones or articles of common use.
* Warm and avoid sudden changes in temperature.
* Eating fruits and vegetables rich in vitamins A and C (carrot, papaya, guava, orange, tangerine, lime, lemon and pineapple).
* Avoid exposure to environmental contaminants.
* No smoking in enclosed areas or near children, elderly or sick.
* Your doctor immediately if they show symptoms.


If present a picture of a sudden high fever, cough, headache, muscle and joints, you should immediately go to your doctor or health unit.
