Japan is certainly one of the countries in the world, with the rate of penetration of mobile telephony very high. The Japanese love the mobility and the companies are investing heavily in technology and services. If you are facing a journey into the lands Japanese, not surprised if you see a cell size of a building.

years i aago i learnt that japan use a plan then know as kaiser which means when they invent a technology they don't throw it away they improve on it
