Movistar expands its range of terminals

Movistar Spain has announced the next phone that will join its list of points and their users may be happy. The Spanish operator to progressively provide eight new terminals from Samsung, Nokia, SonyEricsson, LG and Motorola.

The first terminal will appear in the catalog will be the Ultra Touch Samsung S8300, which we discussed in detail not long ago. From Nokia, two new handsets: the 6600 Slide (6,500 points and 231 euros, 151 into the blue zone with an 18 months stay) and the 5130 XpressMusic (2,500 euros and 98 points, 58 in the blue zone with a years of stay).

We must also mention the inexplicable inclusion of the expensive Motorola AURA, which will cost the astonishing figure of 1174 euros and 6,500 points. At the opposite end is the simple LG GB250, a Clamshell phone with 1.3 megapixel camera and HSDPA connectivity (limited to 1.8 Mbps) will cost 2500 points and 104 euros.

Finally, Movistar will also offer the Sony Ericsson Cyber-shot C510 with 3.2 megapixel camera, smile detection, geopositioning photos and HSDPA connectivity. This phone may wish to buy 3500 points and 166 euros, a year of stay.
