LG least reliable brand in UK

I am quite surprised this poll MoneySupermarket.com but a survey of mobile phone users in the UK, one of the most competitive markets and advanced in the world, LG Rate as the company whose users are more "problems", another interesting thing while Sony Ericsson launching equipment to be fighting Cybvershot users mark their average pay much more attention to the music function, while the geeks buy Samsung's pictures .... Two more details? There was no mention of Nokia and LG seems to have the syndrome that throws the whole enterprise technology as quickly as possible but if that was the reason; ask you leave without prior testing necessary?
