Google receives favors from Microsoft, Apple and prohibitions

Google announced on Monday a beta version of Google Sync for the iPhone and Windows Mobile phones, software that synchronizes contacts from Gmail, Google Calendar and events, between the web and these mobile devices. To do this it uses a proprietary technology by Microsoft that allows you to synchronize across all services and Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync.

Since Microsoft reported that "this agreement is a great example of where Microsoft has an opening to licensing of patents on fair and reasonable, provided that the licensees of Microsoft solutions respecting intellectual property."

Google did not receive the same treatment from Apple, Apple would have banned the use multitouch on Google Android, which Google agreed and removed the virtues of its multitouch Android operating system and is not officially available in the first team HTC G1 .
