Are they too complicated new phones?

. There is an excellent note on the BBC site that plays a survey MFormation that, 85% of customers who buy a new phone they find difficult to do the set-up and 95% would use more services if they simpler.

And, I always return to the same example, but seeing the success of the iPhone is the team with the most functions of the market? NO. With better camera? Or nearby. But then why is one of the two most commonly used to upload photos to flickr? Why everyone is looking up new interfaces, such as Palm TouchWiz or WebOS?

Simplicity of the concept that lets you operate most functions with the least amount of effort is what ends up becoming a success in a market where, until the operators, complain that there are many operating systems by fragmenting the market.
