Announced the Nokia 8208 for the U.S. market

Intended at the time to the U.S. market, as it supports CDMA networks, the new Nokia 8208 is a slide phone for the average band. Measuring 101 x 45.2 x 15.9 mm and weighs 126 grams. The large display is 2.2 "with a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels for more than 16 million colors. The camera, however, snaps pictures with a resolution of up to 3 Megapixel with flash, whose photographs are stored in internal memory of 150 MB expandable with microSD cards.

The platform that governs it is S40 and outside are the commands to steer the media representation of the internal player. There is no lack GPS, FM radio and bluetooth. The battery, according to data from the manufacturer, allows an autonomy of 4 hours talk time or 11 days in standby. Pricing and availability not disclosed.
